We’re looking for a proper Learning & Development rockstar with serious swagger to own the UK territory L&D game at the next level.

This isn’t your average “design a few e-learning modules and call it a day” role.

What we’re hunting for:

• 5- 8 years’ experience in leading multi-disciplinary Learning and Development teams in a Global delivery environment.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6 or
  7) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent
• A Diploma or Master's degree (NQF Level
  8) in Leadership, Business Management (MBA) would be advantageous
