Role Overview:
An established player in the glass and aluminium sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through to successful completion. The role requires strong coordination skills, solid industry experience, and a practical understanding of locally used aluminium systems and products. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple glass and aluminium manufacturing and installation projects concurrently
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams, installation crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address risks, delays, or technical challenges
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication
• Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage project documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required standard

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the glass and aluminium industry
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
• Practical working knowledge of locally used aluminium systems and products
• Proven experience managing both manufacturing and on-site installation projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
