** Are you someone who can:
*** Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.
* Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
* Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
* Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.
* Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
* Develop strategic and tactical delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership
* Ensure key strategic payments projects are implemented.
* Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements.
* Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
* Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
* Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
* Influence the Segment to drive Payments decisioning across Retail.
** You will be an ideal candidate if you:
*** 5-year experience in a similar role
* Bachelor / master’s degree in finance would be advantageous.
