As a Senior Project Manager at VWV Group, you play a pivotal role in bringing brand experiences to life — from ideation to execution. Operating within the Client Service team, you act as the central liaison between clients, internal teams, and partners to deliver high-impact live and virtual experiences.
You are both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executor, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring exceptional creative output, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You lead with a producer’s mindset, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
This role for someone with strong project leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for storytelling and event production.
Responsibilities- Act as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, building trusted and proactive relationships.
- Translate client briefs into detailed project plans and strategic proposals.
- Ensure all client communications meet VWV’s tone, standards, and expectations.
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Own timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate internal kickoffs, creative development, content production, rehearsals, and post‑event debriefs.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, technical, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Oversee show flows, production schedules, venue logistics, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support or lead show calling, onsite management, and live delivery.
- Create and manage project budgets with accuracy and foresight.
- Track financial performance across accounts and flag risks early.
- Identify and support organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams with clear communication and purpose.
- Foster a collaborative, solution‑focused culture in all client and internal interactions.
- Uphold internal quality standards across project documentation, briefs, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, data protection, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular WIP (Work‑in‑Progress) meetings and ensure thorough documentation.
- On-time, on-budget project delivery (target: 95%+)
- Client satisfaction score of 8/10 or higher per project/quarter
- Profit margin targets achieved per project
- 100% of projects scoped, kicked off, and documented within internal guidelines
- Growth of organic business opportunities within assigned accounts
Skills and Qualifications
Essential- 5+ years experience in project management, live event production, or agency client service roles
- Proven track record in managing complex brand experiences or large-scale events
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Confident in budget creation and financial tracking
- Experience in experiential marketing or brand activation
- Familiarity with hybrid/virtual event platforms and technologies
- Understanding of creative and content development processes
- Experience with global/regional projects and multicultural teams
