Overview

Position: NW Light Area Manager

Hire Resolves client is seeking a motivated and experienced NW Light Area Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the NW Light area within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the NW Light area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the NW Light area.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management or relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the NW Light industry is a plus.
