Shopping Centre Manager

We are seeking a Shopping Centre Manager based in Bruma, Johannesburg

• Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the Shopping Centre
• Marketing of vacant spaces within the Shopping Centre
• Ensure the retention and expansion of tenants
• Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and customers
• Handle commercial leasing processes, including negotiating lease terms, renewals and space optimization
• Responsible for leasing queries
• Implement and enforce compliance procedures and risk management protocols
• Monitor and manage budgets and centre expenses to ensure profitability
• Conduct routine inspections of properties and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Lead and support centre staff and service providers
• Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management
• Address tenant concerns and operational issues promptly and effectively
• Dealing with queries from tenants, contractors and customers
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Ensure Compliance and Risk Management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Commerce or Business Administration
• 3- 10 years Shopping Centre Management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Administrative and Organizational Abilities
• Computer Literate
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
