Senior Budgeting Manager

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive budgeting processes and procedures in alignment with the company’s financial goals and objectives
– Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide actionable insights to senior management
– Collaborate with various departments to gather budget input, track spending, and ensure adherence to budget constraints
– Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of concern and recommend appropriate corrective actions
– Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of different financial scenarios on the company’s performance
– Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular updates to senior management
– Lead and mentor a team of budgeting analysts to ensure accurate and timely budgeting and reporting

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CPA or CFA certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or related field
– Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively
