Our client operates in a fast-paced, international contractor mobility environment and is seeking an experienced Solutions and Mobility Manager to take full ownership of global contractor mobilisation solutions. This role requires strong expertise in immigration, international right-to-work requirements, relocation processes and the interpretation of multi-jurisdictional regulations.

This is a senior, solution-driven position where you will be responsible for designing, costing and managing end-to-end mobility solutions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Formulate and manage end-to-end contractor mobilisation solutions globally.

  • Interpret and apply international immigration laws, visa requirements and work permit regulations.

  • Research and analyse international government notices and foreign labour regulations.

  • Lead internal, partner, contractor and client discussions relating to solution design and implementation.

  • Guide research teams on specific solution requirements.

  • Draft and present service proposals aligned to approved solution and fee structures.

  • Take full ownership of solution delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and profitability.

  • Manage solution costing in line with approved fee structures.

  • Maintain and update internal systems including deal sheets, RFQs and CRFs.

  • Collate and verify partner immigration invoices, ensuring accuracy and case profitability.

  • Liaise with finance teams regarding immigration billing and statement reconciliation.

  • Develop and maintain an international partner network, ensuring annual compliance checks are completed.

  • Lead and develop team members within a high-pressure international environment.

Minimum requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience within immigration, global mobility, EOR or related solution environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of international immigration law, visas and work permits.

  • Experience interpreting government regulations relating to foreign-based workers.

  • International exposure in a similar role is essential.

  • System integration ability and adaptability.

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency.

  • Existing international partner network advantageous.
