The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract new customers, retain existing clients, and strengthen overall brand presence. This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role requiring close collaboration with sales and senior management to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Planning- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets
- Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all platforms
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns
- Oversee corporate identity usage and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage digital marketing channels, including the website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print media, signage, promotions, and events
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and design of marketing materials
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, and media partners
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition
- Develop marketing tools to support sales initiatives (e.g. brochures, presentations, proposals)
- Align marketing activities with sales targets and business development strategies
- Track marketing expenditure and ensure responsible use of the company credit card
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, suppliers, and marketing assets
- Effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Increased brand awareness and market presence
- Lead generation and support of sales performance
- Budget management and return on investment (ROI)
- Adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external suppliers
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing‑related software/tools
- Valid driver’s license (required for company vehicle use)
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
- Creative with strong attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and deadline‑driven
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
