About the job Group Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant experience (advantageous).
- Must have own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to the Companys brand strategy.
- Monitor the Companys digital footprint, including social media platforms, website updates, and content performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and drive innovation.
- Keep up to date with AI advancements and marketing trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Campaign & Content Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of all TTL (Through-The-Line) marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above-The-Line) such as TV, radio, and billboards, as well as BTL (Below-The-Line) such as print, digital, and events.
- Manage the development, design, distribution, and tracking of marketing materials.
- Assist in brainstorming creative advertising concepts with senior management.
- Ensure the company website remains fresh and relevant with up-to-date content.
- Event & Promotion Coordination
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and internal staff events to support brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage The Company Ezintsha Sleep Clinic, overseeing end-to-end execution.
- Manage the Companys online merchandising store, overseeing end-to-end execution including selection, advertising, and distribution.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Track and manage the groups marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide monthly reports comparing actual spend vs. budgeted figures.
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimise future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, field representatives, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Support database development, social media platforms, and content marketing initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing-related requests and problem-solving.
