Marketing Assistant​/Coordinator

A company that manufactures, markets, and services affordable, quality home appliances, in South Africa and internationally, is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join their dynamic team and support the KIC/Whirlpool brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to grow into a Junior Product Manager role.

• Brand & Communication: Develop and manage promotional materials and campaigns (ATL/BTL). Coordinate with creative agencies and manage social media and website updates.

• Marketing & Product Management: Support product launches, conduct market research, and track competitor activity. Create marketing materials and presentations.

• Events & Showroom: Coordinate and assist in organizing trade shows, promotional events, and store activations. Manage marketing and merchandising material.

• Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, track invoices, manage the marketing budget, and provide overall support to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of marketing or trade marketing experience, preferably in consumer durables.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• A team player with strong creative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Copywriting and project management skills are a plus.
