* Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or B Tech [NQF 7]
* Field of Study (Preferred):
Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations
* 5-12 years experience in marketing including a track record of 3 years in a people management position.
* Experience in youth, woman or purpose-led brand marketing.
* Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
* Strong project management and cross functional skills
* Integrated Marketing Communication process and systems
* Brand and Marketing Strategy and Implemetation
* Digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
* Performance marketing principles
* Content management systems
* Social media strategy and performance analytics
* Event, activation and Experiential development and implementation
* Budget management and ROI tracking.
* Media relations and press release development.
