The client is an organization where social media delivery sits at the center of operations. They manage multiple brands and client accounts, focusing on translating strategy into briefs and ensuring activity runs in line with client objectives.

The Role:

Social Media Manager (full time – on site)

The Social Media Manager exists to plan, coordinate, and oversee publishing, paid media, and reporting across multiple brands. This role contributes to the business by translating strategies into clear briefs for designers and coordinating with community managers to ensure all activity runs smoothly and on time. The main focus areas include content calendar management, platform oversight, and maintaining brand alignment across various client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars and plan activity across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for designers and review submitted artwork for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Schedule and publish approved content across all platforms while overseeing client social media accounts.
  • Liaise with community managers to ensure queries and issues are handled and aligned with campaign messaging.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, launches, and promotions while coordinating internal timelines.
  • Monitor performance and compile monthly reports with insights and recommendations per brand.
  • Manage and oversee monthly paid social media campaigns and monitor budgets.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple brands, accounts, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of major social media platforms and their role within digital campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication, briefing, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into action.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and broader digital marketing knowledge is advantageous.
