Marketing Coordinator​/Manager

A leading renewable energy company is on a mission to power South Africa with smart, accessible solar solutions. As the company expands, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's creative, hands-on, and strategic to drive marketing efforts across channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content & Social Media

• Plan, create (or manage creation of) weekly content across platforms
• Manage social media engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
• Work with various formats - stills, videos, and carousels

Digital Presence

• Manage Google My Business profile
• Update and maintain the company website (Word Press + Elementor)
• Create and send bi-weekly email newsletters
• Maintain and segment mailing lists

Design & Production

• Create flyers, print materials, and ad artwork
• Liaise with print suppliers (street poles, signage, promo gear)

Campaigns & Strategy

• Write ad copy for Meta/Google Ads
• Support leadership with marketing strategy and execution
• Update pricing/packages across all channels and collateral

Event Coordination

• Plan and manage 1-2 events monthly (trade shows, activations, internal events)

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Vlogging or content production skills (filming, editing, lighting, audio)
• Experience in renewable energy or a fast-growing environment

YOU ARE

• Organised and execution-driven
• Skilled at multitasking and project management
• A creative thinker with strong visual and written communication
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Word Press

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• Diploma or degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field
