Commercial Partnerships Executive

Jester Group is expanding its commercial team.

We operate across:

• Jester Sports & Entertainment (Sponsorship & Commercial Rights)
• Jester Integrated Marketing (Brand Strategy & Activation)

We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Executive with proven experience in sport, sponsorship or marketing environments.

This is a mid-level B2B commercial role focused specifically on partnership sales within sport and brand marketing.

We will only consider candidates with relevant experience in:

• Sports sponsorship sales
• Media sales within sport
• Agency new business (marketing / activation)
• Talent or influencer commercialisation
• Brand partnerships within a sports or marketing context

If your background is primarily call‑centre, insurance, retail, property or unrelated B2C sales, this role will not be suitable.

You will support and grow revenue across:

• Sponsorship properties
• Integrated marketing campaigns

• Identifying new brand partnership opportunities
• Building and managing a structured commercial pipeline
• Presenting commercial concepts to brand marketing teams
• Supporting senior leadership in closing deals
• Maintaining disciplined CRM and reporting

This role is suited to someone with 3–6 years’ relevant experience who is ready to grow within a performance‑led commercial environment.

• Proven commercial experience within sport or marketing
• Understanding of sponsorship and brand partnerships
• Confidence presenting to marketing teams
• Strong organisation and follow-through
• High accountability

• Exposure to national sponsorship portfolios
• Cross‑division commercial experience

Remuneration:
Market-related base plus commission aligned to revenue generated.
