Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior restaurant management.

• Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L and budgets.

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a large team of staff.

• Experience with restaurant software and POS systems.

• Deep understanding of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

• Availability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
