Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
- Support kitchen operations during peak service times
- Comply with health, safety, and organisational policies
- Certificate in Professional Cookery or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Ability to work shifts and under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
