We are looking for an experienced Cook to prepare daily meals in line with institutional standards, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
  • Support kitchen operations during peak service times
  • Comply with health, safety, and organisational policies
Minimum Requirements
  • Certificate in Professional Cookery or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
  • Ability to work shifts and under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
