Assistant Restaurant General Manager – Jhb NorthTrendy Restaurant in Jhb North area is looking for an Assistant General Manager with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
- +7 years of Restaurant management experience, with 4+ years as a senior manager.
- Strong front and back-of-house management skills and ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation.
- Well‑spoken, fluent in English, with exceptional customer relations skills.
- Long working history at previous employers preferred; all references must be contactable.
- Energetic, passionate, driven to succeed; works well under pressure and in a team.
- Strong staff management and training skills.
- Experience in an upmarket sit‑down Restaurant environment essential.
- Duties include stock control, opening and closing procedures.
- Normal Restaurant hours/shifts/weekends apply.
- Salary: 20 – 25 K CTC depending on experience.
