POSITION INFO
Established Restaurant in Meyersdal has a Restaurant management position available.
Responsibilities- Lead a team and train staff.
- Manage front of house and back of house operations.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints.
- Cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures.
- 3 or more years Restaurant management experience.
- Strong front of house management abilities.
- Knowledge of back of house management.
- Well spoken with good customer relations skills.
- Skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures.
- Energetic, passionate, and driven.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Passion for Restaurants preferred.
- All references must be contactable.
Salary R 10-12 K net.
