The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a busy restaurant environment and possess in-depth knowledge of restaurant floor management. Strong communication skills are crucial, as the position entails managing the entire front of house operation with the management team. Applicants should be articulate and have exceptional customer service skills.

Preference will be given to those with a stable work history at previous employers, and all references must be reachable. Experience with restaurant opening and closing procedures is necessary. Key responsibilities will include managing staff, overseeing stock control, opening & closing procedures and addressing customer complaints. We seek a hard worked who can effectively work in a front of house team who performs well under pressure.
