Canteen Chef – Johannesburg North
Senior Chef available with an established modern restaurant/canteen in Rosebank. Looking for individuals with 6+ years of relevant chef and kitchen management experience.
Experience in à la carte food delivery is essential. Must have strong all‑round cooking skills and the ability to run a pass. Core duties include food preparation, stock control, and menu planning.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food costing is required. The candidate must be able to manage a kitchen brigade and maintain high food quality control standards.
The role demands a hard‑working individual who can perform under pressure. It primarily involves cooking responsibilities with some management duties.
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Salary: R 15–18 K CTC. Quote Reference RA121 when applying.
