Position: Executive Chef: High-Volume Hotel & Banqueting
A leading hotel group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage multiple outlets, oversee food production, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in similar roles, a culinary diploma, and strong leadership capabilities. This position requires creativity in menu development and maintaining cost control while mentoring a skilled kitchen team.
