A modern restaurant in Bedfordview is seeking a Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef with a minimum of 6 years of experience in both chef and kitchen management roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a la carte dining and exceptional staff management skills. Responsibilities include leading the kitchen brigade, controlling food costs, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Competitive salary of R 20,000 – 25,000 net per month, based on experience.
