Restaurant / Bar Manager - Bryanston

Upmarket Restaurant / Bar in Bryanston is looking for a senior bar manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant & bar management experience will be considered. Must have strong all-round management skills with the ability to manage a Bar & Restaurant front and back of house. Applicants must be well spoken with very good communications skills. Strong knowledge of liquor cost and stock management essential.

Must be skilled in bar cash up reconciliation, customer relations, opening & closing procedures. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong staff management and training skills. Trading hours until 2 am so must be able to work late evenings / nights.
