Job Summary
Restaurant Staff – RA58 – Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg, South Africa – 4+ years experience in chef and kitchen management with a strong a la carte background. The position is for a senior chef/kitchen manager who can lead a busy kitchen brigade, handle stock management, variances and reporting, and oversee food cost, hygiene and administration.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage busy kitchen operations.
- Stock management, variances and stock reporting.
- Lead and manage a kitchen brigade.
- Maintain food cost controls.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
- Handle kitchen administration.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience as chef and kitchen manager in a la carte environments. Strong cooking abilities with a hands‑on management style and multitasking capability.
