POSITION INFO
Busy Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to manage a busy kitchen operation.
Responsibilities- Stock management, variances, and stock reporting.
- Staff management and lead a kitchen brigade.
- Food cost, kitchen hygiene, and administration.
- 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience.
- Experience in an a la carte restaurant environment.
- Hands‑on management style, ability to multi‑task.
Salary R15 – 16 K.
