Responsibilities- Manage complete restaurant operations, front and back of house.
- Stock control, opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain staff management and training.
- Ensure excellent customer relations and service standards.
- Work under pressure and collaborate efficiently with the team.
- +7 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 4 years as a senior manager.
- Strong front and back of house management skills.
- Exceptional customer relations skills.
- Strong staff management and training skills.
- Experience in an upmarket sit-down restaurant environment.
- Fluent in English; well spoken.
- Long working history at previous employers preferred; references must be contactable.
- Energetic, passionate, driven to succeed; ability to work under pressure and well in a team.
Working hours and shifts are normal restaurant hours, weekends apply. Salary 20–25 K CTC depending on experience.
