We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff
