A trendy Coffee Shop / Restaurant in Randburg is seeking a Restaurant Manager. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in restaurant management will be considered. It is essential to have the ability to manage and train staff. Strong customer relations skills are crucial. Experience in front of house and general kitchen management is required. The main responsibilities include stock control, general management, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Candidates should be ambitious and hardworking. Applicants must be capable of working independently and be able to lead a team. The salary ranges from R 14 – 17 K gross per month. Hours 7am to 4pm six days a week.
