High end Restaurant & Bakery based in Randburg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join their team.

• Supervise waiters
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage bookings
• Plan and run shifts
• Train junior staff members
• Greet guests and ensure each guest is attended to upon arrival
• Know all items on the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Take accurate food & drinks orders using the POS system (GAAP) and deliver within specified time limits
• Ensure all orders are received timeously
• Bill guests correctly
• Maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant area, fixtures & fittings
• Perform other general floor manager duties

• Grade 12 education
• Preferably 2 years of previous experience
• Excellent communicator, organized and able to interact with clients
• Background in hospitality, food service, and love for good quality food
• Healthy, energetic, available to work weekends and early starts, but not evenings
• Outgoing personality, well‑groomed, neat and tidy
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and meticulous shop keep
• Supervisory experience
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Attentive and patient with customers
