Responsibilities
  • Expand the Innomotics installed base through EPCM, OEM, partners, and end customers.
  • Position Innomotics as the preferred partner for key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with portfolio offerings.
  • Develop sales plans and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer network.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and approval guidelines.
  • Share relevant information across teams and stakeholders.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to deliver value‑added solutions.
  • Foster relationships within the global Innomotics organization to support cross‑regional opportunities.
Profile

Relevant tertiary degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical) or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or technical sales, with a strong focus on external sales.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long‑term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and consultative selling.
  • Ability to develop effective, fact‑based value propositions as a sales tool.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools.
  • Knowledge of technical, economic, and social trends impacting target industries.
