Main job function
—Present the product, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Resolves customer complaints by investigation into problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Analyze the market potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Submit activity and results reports daily, weekly and monthly. Maintain sales targets and outcomes. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; travel to and through Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and Northwest.

Experience2 years plus sales experience in the fashion apparel preferably Footwear
