Sales Representative – Real Estate (USA Market)
Overview
Our client is a U.S.
-based real estate investment company that purchases residential properties, renovates them, and resells them. They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to engage with homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties and to support the acquisition process through research and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their properties
Qualify leads by understanding seller motivation, timelines, and property details
Conduct basic property research (location, condition, comparable sales, etc.)
Gather and organize relevant information to support the sales and acquisitions team
Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system
Build rapport and communicate professionally with potential sellers
Assist with moving qualified leads through the sales pipeline
Requirements
Previous sales, call center, or lead qualification experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with homeowners
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to conduct online research and compile clear, organized information
Detail-oriented and well organized
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with U.S. real estate clients
Familiarity with real estate terms such as acquisitions, comps, or motivated sellers
CRM experience
