As a Key Account Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of sales strategies that integrate direct selling with multiple channels, including retail, digital platforms, marketplaces, and franchise partners. You’ll identify revenue opportunities, build strong partnerships, and turn strategic plans into impactful commercial results. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, drive profitable growth, and support the expansion of Avon’s presence across new and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities:
  • Executing integrated sales plans and measuring their effectiveness across channels.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in retail, digital, and direct selling environments.
  • Managing key partner relationships to deliver sustainable, profitable sales.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, customer service, and network marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Planning and coordinating multichannel sales campaigns with consistent branding and messaging.
  • Using data and advanced sales tools to track performance and guide decision‑making.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to influence commercial direction.
  • Leading the development of annual Joint Business Plans with key customers and coordinating forecasts and budgets.
  • Working closely with supply chain teams to create operational best practices and enhance efficiency.
What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of FMCG experience at account manager level, ideally with multichannel exposure.
  • At least 5 years in sales planning, network marketing, or multichannel sales roles.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels and presenting effectively.
  • Experience managing P&L, budgets, and customer relationships.
  • A flexible, results‑driven mindset with the ability to adapt to change and work autonomously.
