Dealership Parts Sales Executive - Gauteng, Bryanston

#Drive Your Career Forward  as a key contributor to a high-performing multifranchise parts department, driving profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Your role will focus on helping customers find the right parts to keep their vehicles running smoothly. You will be responsible for delivering profitable parts and accessories sales by ensuring the correct parts are supplied efficiently to both external and internal customers, while building strong customer relationships and supporting dealership targets.

Remuneration
R 12 000 negotiable per month depending on experience plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits include Provident Fund and Medical Aid contributions.

Duties:
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations, follow up on lost quotes, and commission sales where required.
  • Identify parts required, check stock availability, and supply parts accurately and timeously.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on existing customers, back orders, and priority requirements.
  • Advise customers on product knowledge, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Order parts with the authority of the Parts Manager.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to departmental targets and contribute to overall parts profitability.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and professional skills.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Proven experience in parts sales within a dealership or automotive environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of OEM parts systems and automotive stock management preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
