Telesales Manager – Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Telesales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies to grow market share in the pharmaceutical environment.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps, Marketing, and Customer Care to support business objectives.
• Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Tertiary qualification in Sales/Business advantageous.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in telesales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
