• Leadership and Mentorship :
  Lead, inspire, and mentor our sales teams to achieve exceptional results
• Account Growth :
  Drive the expansion of active accounts across all regions, seizing new opportunities for growth
• Sales Strategies :
  Develop and implement effective sales structures and strategies to maximize revenue and market presence
• Forecasting :
  Provide accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts to guide our business strategies
• CRM Excellence :
  Champion CRM adoption and accuracy to streamline processes and enhance customer relationships
• Sales Enablement :
  Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure our sales force is armed with the latest, most compelling sales collateral
• Stakeholder Management :
  Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to align our efforts with the broader organizational goals

• Leadership Experience : A minimum of 5 years of successful experience leading sales teams
• Media Advertising Expertise :
  Strong background in media advertising is essential, providing you with the industry knowledge to excel in this role
• Radio Advertising Experience (Beneficial) :
  Familiarity with radio advertising is a valuable asset that will set you apart
