A well-established car dealership based in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking a qualified and experienced Technician (Auto Electric & Diesel) for the following branches: Middelburg, Ruimsig and Polokwane to be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and diesel engines of vehicles, ensuring high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
MINIMUM EDUCATION (FORMAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED)
Auto Electrician
- National Certificate:
Automotive Repair and Maintenance (NQF Level
3) - National Diploma:
Automotive Electrical Systems (NQF Level
5) - Section 13 Trade Test Certificate:
Auto Electrician (issued by the Department of Higher Education and Training - Certificate of Competence:
Auto Electrician (issued by the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers), and/or
- National Certificate:
Diesel Mechanic (NQF Level
3) - National Diploma:
Diesel Mechanics (NQF Level
5) - Section 26D Trade Test Certificate:
Diesel Mechanic (issued by the Department of Higher Education and Training) - Certificate of Competence:
Diesel Mechanic (issued by the South African Institute of Mechanical Engineers)
- A valid Code 8 (B) or higher driver's license
- Manufacturer technical training
3 - 5 years of practical experience in the field
