This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC) based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Air Conditioning Technician will perform tasks including equipment installations, preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that all HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include providing excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards and protocols on-site.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing air conditioning and HVAC system issues
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of general Maintenance practices and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant HVAC certifications and licensing are a plus
- Effective communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset
