Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Technician (Electrical&HVAC) to provide first‑line electrical, HVAC, plumbing and minor building maintenance across bank branches. Ensure branches remain operational, safe and compliant. Log all issues requiring second‑line support.

• Complete 6‑weekly branch maintenance visits and the digital checklist.
• Perform FLM: minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing, light building repairs, signage checks.
• Conduct HVAC servicing (filter cleaning every visit; major services quarterly).
• Check and record HVAC and electrical compliance requirements (COCs).
• Inspect DB boards, lighting, backup power and AC power points.
• Perform building fabric checks (ceilings, tiles, walls, roofing).
• Maintain off‑site ATM areas (cleaning and 6‑weekly FLM).
• Log all work, photos, readings and SLM items on SAP/Fiori/AFMS.

Technical Skills

• HVAC diagnostics and servicing (DX split units).
• Electrical fault‑finding and safe isolation.
• Minor plumbing and building repairs.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in roof/ceiling spaces.

• Qualified Electrical Artisan (Red Seal / NQF).
• HVAC qualification or strong practical
• HVAC experience.
• 3–5 years electrical
• HVAC maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s licence; multi‑site work experience an advantage.
