Accounting & Transaction Advisory – Manager

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm that has placed significant capital behind its Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector expansion this year. If you have a Public Accounting background but want to expand your knowledge and experience with a firm devoted to developing and progressing its people, this is for you. Whether you're an External Auditor with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals/FDD/TAS professional who is a Data‑book whiz, this firm should be on your radar.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred - will accept those who are in process
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred)
• Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)
• High degree of professionalism required - including the ability to communicate with C‑Suite level individuals.
• Self‑starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team‑based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
