Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Contract Opportunities | Atlanta
Accountants One is seeing a strong increase in demand for Accounts Receivable professionals
, and we are partnering with several Atlanta-area clients seeking contract AR support
.
These roles focus on supporting accounting teams with invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections while helping maintain accurate customer accounts and healthy cash flow.
Typical Responsibilities
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Apply payments and maintain AR records
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to customer billing questions
- Assist with cash tracking and AR reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
