Business Analyst- Logistics Domain

Iris client, one of their Logistics Client is looking to hire Business Analyst
- Logistics Domain for Johns Creek, Georgia (4 Days Hybrid/Week).

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, BRD documentation, user stories, and UAT. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and support successful solution delivery.

Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, LTL, Warehousing, Pricing, Quoting, or Operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Experience with websites/customer portals, APIs, integrations, and digital transformation is highly preferred.

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with strong requirements and documentation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with BRDs, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an approachable, collaborative, and relationship-oriented style.
• Experience with web applications, eCommerce, or customer portals is a plus.
• Knowledge of TMS, WMS, ERP, OTM, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
• 8-10+ years of Business Analysis or techno-functional consulting experience. Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain experience is preferred or not but not required.
