As a Traveling Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on landmark projects while collaborating with some of the industry's best construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day execution of hyperscale data center projects throughout Georgia.
- Coordinate all phases of mechanical construction, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations to maintain productivity and project milestones.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while supporting field leadership and maintaining schedule commitments.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate project reporting.
- Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
- 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Proven success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites throughout Georgia.
- Previous mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience is highly preferred.
