You will serve as a vital operational and estimating leader, directly driving project pipelines and scheduling accuracy. • Execute precise residential concrete estimating, material takeoffs, and labor hour calculations from day one.
• Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers.
• Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications.
• Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness.
• Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders.
• Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria.

• Some estimating experience is required, preferably in residential concrete, foundations, or flatwork.
• Operations oversight experience is highly desirable.
