Partners Personnel - - - Responsibilities:
Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures;
Manages expectations of the customer when disruptions occur during the service and delivery process by responding quickly and effectively solving the problem;
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests;
Works with various departments to arrange shipping and delivery of materials;
Provides a positive customer service experience by listening to customers and determining their needs in order to direct them to the appropriate product or service
