Concierge

Medley is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to serve as a welcoming presence for residents, tenants, guests, and visitors at Medley.

The Concierge is a highly visible member of the Medley team and plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience throughout the property. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and working in a hospitality-focused environment.

The Concierge will provide information and assistance, support Medley events and programming, maintain awareness of property activities, and help ensure every interaction reflects Medley’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and service.

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, tenants, guests, and visitors.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for everything happening at Medley.
• Provide directions, recommendations, event information, and general property assistance.
• Develop positive relationships with Medley tenants, residents, employees, and regular visitors.
• Respond to questions and concerns professionally and work with the appropriate team member to resolve issues.
• Look for opportunities to proactively assist guests and create memorable experiences.

• Maintain current knowledge of Medley restaurants, retailers, businesses, events, amenities, parking, and property operations.
• Communicate upcoming events, promotions, property updates, and other important information to guests and tenants.
• Assist visitors with navigating the property and locating businesses, parking areas, amenities, and events.
• Communicate guest feedback, property concerns, and operational issues to the Concierge Manager or Management Team.

• Assist with Medley events, activations, community programming, and tenant activities.
• Help with event setup, guest assistance, way finding, check-in, and breakdown as needed.
• Serve as an on-site Medley representative during events.
• Coordinate with the Management and Events teams to help provide a seamless guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional concierge area.
• Monitor public areas and promptly communicate maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or security concerns.
• Assist the Medley Management Team with day-to-day property needs as requested.
• Follow established Medley policies, procedures, emergency protocols, and customer-service standards.

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, hotels, restaurants, retail, customer service, property management, or a similar guest-facing role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional, and approachable personality.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, email, and mobile technology.
• Knowledge of Johns Creek and the surrounding North Fulton area is a plus.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on property needs.
• Availability may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to move throughout the Medley property and assist with light event setup when necessary.
