ALCON hires an Electro Mechanical Trainer (Professional Path) to design, schedule, deliver, and track technical training in LS3 Maintenance. The trainer will run a train‑the‑trainer program, qualify area trainers, and work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to build consistent training frameworks.
This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and fluency in English; work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST with some night shifts and minimal travel.
