Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional practices and support curriculum implementation.
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences for children.
  • Assist in the management of daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to promote continuous growth.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience in early childhood education or related administrative roles.
