Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for infants.
- Observe and assess individual children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to infant care and education.
- Support the emotional and social development of infants through positive interactions and guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with infants in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in classroom management and teaching strategies.
- Commitment to providing a stable and nurturing environment for children.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in collaborating with a team of educators.
- Additional training or certifications related to early childhood education.
